Agenda Items & minutes:

A. Progress Overview of CLT managed sub-sites:

  1. JED

Several JED members are working on the Functional Design Document for the new version of the JED. This will be used to build an extension for the JED. Meanwhile the team is doing pretty well in maintaining the JED.  It is good to keep the app store  idea in mind while working on the new JED. But the development of new JED will not be dependent on the App Store Idea.
The  JED team is planning to have a meeting around/during JAB with 5-6 members.

  1. JRD
    The JRD is currently working on document with their proposal for renewing the JRD. A few more members were added to the team as well.

IP Bans & contact form, include reCaptcha & phone number to form
find a way to exclude false positives from ban.

  1. JCM
    JCM is in the progress of becoming fully multilingual and microdata is being added as well.

  2. JUG’s
    Process will be updated to allow ™ issue not to hold up any approval.

  3. Events

Pizza, Bugs and Fun was very successful and there are talks to repeat the event more often and maybe extend it to offer a more regular invitation to contribute to the project in this way

    Mentoring for the new CLT members for a month.

  2. CLT summit at JandB

    1. JAB is Friday 31st May  - Sunday 2nd June.

    2. combined PLT/CLT/OSM summit is Thursday 30st May

    3. CLT Summit is Wednesday 29st May 
      CLT sessions for JAB have to be added before the 15th April. Proposing CLT sessions via email in the next few days.
