What is the application eligibility of JSOP?

The website only says that students can apply. But I don't know what
is the exact definition of a student.

I'm currently suspended from school (A school) , am I considered as a
student?
If not, I'm also currently registered to a online course from another
school (B school) . Does this count?

Which school should I fill in the application if I'm eligibile to
apply? A or B?

Are we supposed to discuss about the ideas only after we are selected for some project or can/should we start straight away? like the multimedia galleries component. It is specified to give ideas. Was i supposed to do so in my application ?

the application form dont require that you discuss your ideas, but we'll be glad to discuss with you here on this group.

Anyway is require that you send your application as soon as possible (http://developer.joomla.org/gsoc-2010-student-application-template.html) and mark your name on the projects that you are interested on the ideas list.
