Some students are already asking about IDE and tools to code, the
propose of this topic is to share some tools that might be useful to
all students.

Here there is some good resources that i like to use.

netbeans.org -> this is a very good ide, with support to php, html,
css, svn
joomlacode.org -> this will be our repository, so you must register
tortoiseSVN -> is a good svn client for how uses windows
SVN -> on linux the command line svn is the best
