Notice: IRC Password Changes

Hi all,

The IRC Server Password has changed. This is a public list so it will
not be noted here but you can contact your mentor or any other Joomla!
member (including myself) for the password. Those connected to the
server before it was restarted will also have the password in their
logs/IRC client.
