Google+ Custom URL and YouTube linking

We've finally had it all setup: https://plus.google.com/+joomla

Thanks Sander for helping me with the final few steps to become officially verified.

Also, our Official YouTube account is now linked to the Google+ page. This means managers of our Google+ page can also upload video via Google+ to our YouTube page. 

I'm also looking forward to someone trying out that live hangouts on air sometime as well.
