Now it’s time to kickstart the transition process towards the new structure and methodology. The Structure Team has brainstormed some next steps in the process, and open the discussion up to you now for your comments and input.

During this entire process, and until the vote for the new board of directors takes place,
the current leadership teams (PLT, CLT and the board of directors) will continue to function as always, and are asked not to add new members, except as needed to carry out the daily work of the team. Several months from now, when the transition phase ends with a vote for the new board of directors, these leadership teams (PLT, CLT and the current board of directors), as well as the transition team, will be dissolved.
Please allow 7 days of discussion on the above. Then we will have a majority vote on the alternatives we can vote on. This vote will be conducted using the same voting process that was used for the structure vote, with all three leadership teams voting.
