Our common goal
We confirmed our agreement to work on a detailed description for the future leadership structure and on a description of how that could be implemented, if agreed on the summit in May 2012.

We agreed on checking again what we described there and add what is missing until the end of this week to finalize that part.

Some comments, changes and complements are still necessary on that. Please check it in the same documents and add what needs to be included also until the end of this week.
Christine will describe the requirements for members of a supervisory board to get a better understanding of the idea. We'll discuss and decide on next Monday about the idea of a supervisory board.
ImplementationEverybody explains the necessary steps for implementing the general structure for those board positions he/she previously described. Thus, we have to be very specific in terms of current situation, problems to solve, legal and development requirements, set priorities, ect.
The draft should be ready until next Monday.
