Approving Joomla!Days

I am searching for two people they will join me in a small team to do
the Joomla!Day approving work. It is not such a big deal, but it is a
job that needs constantly attention. If all goes well then that are
the things to do:

** Checking if a request has a date and a location **
Yes:
- Sending the approved message
- add the JD to the Joomla!Day Calendar
- adding the Joomla!Day to the events-area at joomla.org
- adding the Joomla!Day to the wiki
- help them thru the process at all

No: Send a reply that we need a date and location to approve the
Joomla!Day


** After the Joomla!Day **
- un publish the event at the events-area at joomla.org
- moving the event from upcoming to past events
- send a thank you email to the organizer and ask a couple of
questions for building some statistics about Joomla!Days
