There are currently five classes that do not have subpackages: JObject,
JObservable, JObserver, JFactory and JVersion. Could these be put into
a subpackage? (maybe call it base or something similar)
This would help with the organization of the API docs.

You never mentioned how I should approach this, so I made a patch that
contains the necessary changes to the 5106 version... If someone can
make these changes it would be great!
It just changes the subpackage of the following classes:
JObject
JObserver
JObservable
JTree
JNode
JFactory
JVersion
