Joomla custom components translation

Hi Guys,

Recently i made a website. My client wants and application form at home page and  some animation effects at inner pages So i created a module tthen integrated a normla html form inside it fom homee page adn another module for inner animation effects and integrated in inner pages. Now the client wants th same site in anotehr langauge (swedish). So when i checked one of my freind , he told that its not possible to translate the custom modules and components we made to joomla. If so how can i made the login form and inner animatoin efects for both pages. My freind advised me to jsut copy that animatoin efects html code and jquery and the html forms in article manager adn call it in a page instead of createing seperate modules. He said that if we make sepearaate moduels we cant trnaslate a site. Please help me in this regards. Bcz i need to translate it..
