get data in joomla modal popup

Hi Dear
I add a bottom in joomla article and use joomla modal class and call a popup form now how can i get my article url in my popup form?
my form in form.php and my modal it is:

<a class="modal" href="plugins/content/myPlugin/form.php" rel="{handler: \'iframe\',size:{x:600,y:300}}">popup form</a>

Hi,

You can directly give link of your article in href like index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=your_article_id.

This will open your article in popup.
