Hi everybody,

I'm new here and have virtuemart package with joomla 1.0.15 (e-
commerce version) running and will upgrade with all components and
mambots to version 1.5.22.

How can i do this without losing the func of virtuemart and all the
other 3rd party stuff.

I'd tried already the migrator, doesn't work. Is there any other
migration component which can help me?

What's the best way to migrate vom 1.0.15 to 1.5.22 (included
virtuemart) ?

My thinking is to install the new version in a different folder on the
server, backup the sql, insert the sql into the new database and
install the 3rd party stuff after all.

Is there anyone who can help me please?

Thanks a lot.

Jochen

believe me, I read it ... 3 times.
but it does not work. after the migration virtuemart does not
correctly. there are no more categories and prices shown wrong or not.

Do you follow the Step 2?
Virtuemart is a third part component.

I would suggest you try the forums as this list is for coding related questions and not general support.

Take care
