Joomla development using gulp - npm gulp-scripts

Hi, I have recently had to work on an older Joomla project I created and discovered the build system is broken. I was using gulp v3 and joomla-gulp.

So today I sat down and wrote the gulp build system I've wanted for a long while. It uses gulp v4 and it's designed for large projects that might include components, plugins and modules that you want to edit and build together. It is not limited to Joomla and should be general purpose for building large web apps.
