custom extensions migration from joomla 3 to 4

Hi,
I have extensions developped under joomla 1.0, now runing under joomla 3 (mostly in legacy mode) and think about migrating them to joomla 4.

Is there any tutorial or documentation about this ?

Is it an heavy process ?
