I need create some plugins to extend joomla's features. I would like set some access levels in runtime or force a user belongs all user groups for a access level.

I see all plugin types and i don't see any type to modify the access levels or group features.

I don't know yet if is posible do that i want. What is the right way?

Thank you

For example, i will obtain the relations between groups and access level from a information system and i can force a user has 3 groups to get a access level.

A starting point can be the user plugin events https://docs.joomla.org/Plugin/Events/User. This will be triggered when a user is saved. You can then update the user groups after the user is saved.
