Ways to add bootstrap plugin to tinyMCE in Joomla 4

I have helped the developer of the tinymce bootstrap plugin to write this guide for integration in Joomla 4 - https://medium.com/@miglisoft/adding-tinymce-bootstrap-plugin-to-the-joomla-4-content-editor-fa7904e9f7db. It works - but - of course everytime there is an update for the tinymce editor in Joomla the tinymce.js and tinymce.min.js files are overwritten. Would there be any other way to integrate this tinymce plugin to the Joomla 4 system - so that it is not overwritten upon an update ?
