PHPStorm License

[Niels Braczek]

I recently asked JetBrains for an Open Source license of PHPStorm for
use on the Joomla! project. It is a commercial product, but Open Source
projects can get a free license.

Today, I got an answer:

I don't think it is a good idea to publish the key here - but if you're
interested, just send me a PM, and I'll send you the key.

[OT] Furthemore, JetBrains asks for placing a paid banner on the Joomla!
website. Who is responsible for that? [/OT]

You could direct them to OSM to see if they can qualify for a sponsorship level.
