spam on register user

hello
friend i use joomshaper template and run captcha but not show in register and register people that not relate to our website so i deactive register for :( how can solve this problem

Did u add public private keys for recaptcha plugin, if not generate it in google for your site and add it, then it will be shown... Captcha is the best way to protect spam... just google how to generate recpatcha public private keys for a site in google. bla bla etc.., then add it via plugin manage of backend
