  1. Joomla! 1.7.5 is the Standard Support Release (currently).
  2. Joomla! 2.5.1 released and need also to be mentioned there.
  3. Joomla! 3.0 supposed to be released on September 10, cause all our previous (schedule) dates was on 10th of the month. The next version date is not related to the previous release date, but only the support of the previous version is related for the next release date. Versions 1.6, 1.7 & 2.5 - were schedule to 10th although some delays for some of those versions. In addition, this is typological number :-)

Maybe we should just announce a month and not a specific date. This gives us a bit of flexibility to announce the precise date later on.

I think the link under the platform (text: "Listing of known potential backward compatibility issues.") should go to:

Compatibility issues between the platform and the CMS aren't relevant to the platform in isolation, and they are already included in the left hand column anyway.

To be honest, the whole page might be better as a table.  It's fairly low contrast and it's hard to separate the labeling from the values (imho).  If others are ok with that, I can take a crack at it.

Andrew Eddie

I changed the link (and from specific date to month), but obviously have been waiting for something like that and the other was just  placeholding.  I'm not sure what you mean by a table, I think it is strongly preferable to leave each of the columns independent since they have dramatically different amounts of information, and they are not tablular data anyway. Probably they should be dls really since it is mainly it item: information. *shrug*

Thanks Ofer for doing such good proof reading.
