Joomla Platform

Hi,

I see that in joomla platform github project is a build.xml file. I
want to checkout this project with Jenkins and it should run the test.
The checkout work but then nothing happens. Can someone explain to me
how i must configure Jenkins to run the test?
Why isn't described in the github project description? The readme file
is not really helpful, too.
