Dear Joomla! fans:

My extension got unpublished due to a downtime in our website, which is now solved. However I have no idea how to proceed with the re-publication. I checked this page: http://extensions.joomla.org/index.php?option=com_content&id=53 and my situation falls within the "Broken Links" case. I have tried to enter a support ticket without success. Does anybody have an idea on how I can get my extension published again? Thanks in advance for your attention.

Cheers,
Luis

Hi Luis,

Entering a support ticket at
http://extensions.joomla.org/index.php?option=com_maqmahelpdesk&Itemid=0&id_workgroup=1&task=workgroup_view
is best.

Could you clarify what you mean by "I have tried to enter a support ticket
without success"? Are you getting an error message?

Kind regards,
Nick

Hey Luis,
Log into the JED site on the left you'll see a listing support button. Click on it and submit a ticket. Once JED editor is available he will look into your issue.
Kind regards,
Daniel
