JModelList and JModelItem are extended version of JModel.
JModelList has several extra method to assist with displaying a list
of "things".
JModelItem looks like it could form the basis for retrieving a single
"thing". I'd say it's there wait to see if there is some commonality
in the frontend singular display models.
JModelForm helps with displaying the edit forms in various locations.
