Issues & Pulls on GitHub

Hi folks,

I've been going through the CMS GitHub repo and reviewing many of the older open issues and pulls and closing out many items today.  Some where questions that had been answered, others were patches that had been committed previously.  So, if you've been getting notifications, it is probably my fault.

Along the same lines, if you notice that an issue or pull you have open on GitHub is fixed and wasn't closed out yet, please go back and close the issue or pull.  This just helps those who do look at that part of the repo know what's active and what has already been resolved.
