commons-email for Jooby 2.x

Hi Edgar,

we would like to send mails with Jooby 2.x. I started porting the commons-email module from Jooby 1.x

It's not quite ready yet, but could you have a brief look on it?

How can I make a default config file for an extension? I'd like to make sure that at least the correct charset is assigned to the emails.

What is the easiest way to test an extension in the locally in the IDE? I use IDEA.
