I understand that many users face challenges with the new Adobe Express version, and I apologize for the frustration this has caused. Our engineering team is actively addressing the reported issues and improving the platform based on your feedback.

Sadly, I have been automatically switched to Beta version today and I do not like it. Not even to mention that I have difficulty to access all my previous projects which I paid for through subscription. Very disappointing.

It's really bad. I can't even access my profile that had my Adobe Express content on it. This is absolutely crazy. I'm paying for Adobe Express access, and I'm paying for Adobe Creative Cloud access on another profile, yet I can't view any of the 2 months worth of social posts we have pending. My IT department can't help because this is an Adobe issue. All that work may be wasted and I'm infuriated.

It's awful! Absolutely hate it. I've been using Express successfully for over two years now and the reason why I chose it over Canva is that it was so intuitive, streamlined and uncluttered. I could very quickly edit or create new assets with confidence. Now it's so cluttered up with all kinds of extra stuff. The interface is pretty much the opposite of what it was before (right panel on the left now) which really doesn't help with the transition. I hate it so much. I might as well have picked Canva for my design needs.

This update is absolutely horrible. It won't convert my projects but says I can download them. What good is that if I need to edit them? This is all about money. Fonts that I've been using for years are suddenly a premium feature? It's not user friendly at all. Looks like I'll be taking the Adobe Express straight to Canva.

Hopefully they get enough feedback from folks that this new version (Cursing removed) and we would like the previous version back ASAP. I am truly (Cursing removed) as I use this for work and now all of my files are muffed up + they took away essential functions/made them more complicated.

@thejanebradbury what exactly do you think everyone's been doing for the last four days? We've been complaining. We've been sharing our screenshots, frustrations, concerns, and requests. You're sure they'll listen? Are you? Because of they were listening, they would have reversed this downgrade on day 1.

Indeed the new version sucks .. supposed to be better, with more features etc but it is not user friendly as before, difficult to access all my previous works, unsure where all the logos that I have uploaded gone to ..

Terrible update. Moving your old files into the new does not work how the tutorial shows it does. Also, is it just me, or is anyone else finding that the photos look fuzzy in the new version (but the same ones look fine in the old)?

We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. Please let us know if this is happening with single or all files. If it's happening with all files, this is because the features used in the creation of the original file are not yet supported or have changed in the new Adobe Express, such as curved text, image effects, animation, or videos.

You may also try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference. Such problems can also be fixed by clearing the browser's cache and cookies. Please check this link for more info:-

Yes it really does suck. A document that I have been doing for work will not save all of the updates and I have had to repeat some parts of it multiple times. This has meant a task for work that should have taken about 3 hours is now on to day 3 with me having to revist it. It freezes, not saving. Photos that I am uploading are all fuzzy. Adobe PDF's are not a supported file!!!! to upload as an image. Really!!! PDF is an adobe product? Previously it was supported.

It's truly awful. No UK sizes anymore, painfully slow, I've lost all my brand details and it's just no longer user friendly. Facebook posts look all wrong when uploaded despite appearing fine on the programme. No longer worth the money.

The new BETA test of Adobe is a failure.
The "new" adobe express is anything but express. It is difficult to use, buggy, and frustraiting. It has quadrupled my time. I'm litterally closing my lap top to work on things on my phone so I can use the old version. Please get it taken care of, Adobe.

I also noticed that I can't duplicate a post anymore. So, if I've create my versions for FB, IG, and LinkedIn and schedule them, then I want to duplicate one to create a shorter version for Twitter -- NOPE. I have to start all over, re-upload the photo, re-enter the text, etc. Removing basic features like duplicating a post is not helpful, Adobe!!!

Agree the new layout is poor. I cannot view the entire month on 1 screen. I have to scroll to try to see it all. It doesn't help when I need the whole month in 1 view as we had before to plan our social media calendar more easily. I don't understand why Adobe had to change the layout of the scheduler like this. BOO!

I am also getting the exact same issue. I have no problem connecting to LinkedIn or Facebook, it is only with Instagram (which I am connecting through Facebook, and my Instagram account is set to a business account).

Same issue here. Adobe Express directs me to refresh the Instagram token. This happens successfully, but the post still doesn't publish. In Instagram > Settings > Website Permissions > Apps and websites it shows my Adobe Express token is Expired.

It did work before but the video you sent is not following the same process as it is for when is linked inside facebook but I am using meta but the rest is similar and if I go to Instagram the web apps it doesn't seem to be anything there about express but in the facebook connections it does and is active

i am a longtime owner of adobe suite and use several of the programs daily. learning all of them is not as painful as this one thing. this is an endless loop of failure. when i click on connecting adobe express scheduler to pinterest it does it in 3 seconds. no changing to "pro" accounts, no changing to "business" accounts. when i click on connect to INSTA there are a dozen steps to changing everything i have. THEN, when i do that, it forces me to sign in via FB? and when i do that it shows me a page i have on insta that i don't use for anything and says i have to use that, which is not an IG account, nor is it connected to my IG account in any way. my IG does share with my FB. super, super frustrating. have watched a bunch of vids now. nobody seems to be doing what i am experiencing. is there help?

Hi Lyn_D, I'm still having the same issue. All accounts are business, but it won't let me connect. Goes through the process, I sign in to Facebook, leave the options on to allow Adobe Express to manage those settings, and then the final window is connection failed. I haven't found anything useful on the web and can't believe it would be this hard.

Meta Business Suite is famously horrible for a variety of reasons: it's the official Meta scheduler, yet you have a quarter of the functionality you have by publishing directly from the apps - no collaborations, horrible editor, worse video processing and most of all all the official Meta guides for MBS are completely outdated.

Will there be a proper solution soon? I've tried everything: my instagram has always been a business account, I am admin on the FB page. Adobe Express has no problem connecting to the facebook page, but shows an error message whenever I try connecting to instagram (just like @Brooks31433182vqq9). HELP.

But it never syncs the other way, I can not start a project on my desktop and have it sync to my phone. As I have mentioned above I am still waiting on 13 projects to sync with my phone. It's incredibly frustrating.

Hey, i'm using Adobe Express for work. Since I already use and pay for Illustrator I thought I could try to replace Canva Pro with Adobe Express but Canva Pro is so much easier, has more modern assets and syncs across devices instantly - even the free version. I use the Adobe express app on my Windows PC and my iPhone 14, which is up to date running iOS 16.5.1 (c) as of 7.18.2023. I just downloaded both the Adobe apps, so those are current as well.

I have tried saving the projects, exiting the projects, exiting the apps fully. Refreshing within the mobile app. uninstalling the mobile app and reinstalling it. I've tried waiting a few minutes. I've made sure that my mobile app has "sync over wifi only" on, as recommended by other pages. I've tried turning it off too because if that had actually worked, I wouldn't be here.

The only thing that has worked was uninstalling the mobile app and reinstalling it. But that only worked once and what an unacceptable condition to get your up-to-date devices to sync. I've noticed that edits done on mobile seem to sync to desktop faster while desktop edits firmly refuse to sync in a predictable and timely manner. Clearly, consumers have been having this issue for months. It's an Adobe issue. In the amount of time it takes me to pull up and post this to a support comunity, I could have my graphics done in Canva and posted to social media already.

I am also having the exact same issue. The files from the web are not syncing to the phone. I have made sure it's up to date, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted the phone. It is becoming a little frustrating now. I also have full access but certain times it says I don't have the correct plan to make changes to these files. Please can this be looked into ASAP as it is impacting my work heavily
