Thanks to all of you for agreeing to serve on the MWIA's Jones Falls Trail Committee (and for those who didn't even know they'd agreed to serve).

I'd like to schedule our first meeting, primarily to hear from City officials about how they expect the process of designing the trail and applying for federal funds to proceed, and also to begin determining what questions we'd like to ask of them.

Can you make it to a meeting on Monday June 11th, at 7:15 p.m., at the home of committee member Myles Norin: 1805 South Road.  I promise we'll be finished by 8:30.

We'll also welcome Beth Strommen of the City Planning Department, and Gennady Schwartz, of the City Department of Recreation & Parks.
