The Jones Falls Trail Resolution drafted and approved by the MWIA Board May 15

made support for the proposed Trail contingent on the city's agreeing to six conditions, including

 

"That the City notifies the MWIA in writing that it agrees to all of
the above conditions."

 

It has been a while now since the resolution was passed so please inform us as to whether the city has, as is required by the MWIA, responded in writing that it agrees to the conditions listed in the resolution.

In either case, please post to whom in the city the MWIA sent the resolution as well as post the city's response to the resolution.
