The Annual General meeting will be held on either Friday the 28th March 2024 or Saturday the 29th of March, at the Maraetai Yacht club.
The Committee reserves the right to hold this meeting before sailing on the same day should sailing be significantly deferred by the race officer due to unsuitable sailing conditions.
If you are unable to attend you may provide a written proxy to your selected representative. This should be done in writing, I suggest an email will be the most convenient method.

- Minutes from the 2024 AGM
- The Agenda for the 2025 AGM
- The 2024 Financial/Cashbook Report
