J14 AGM notice

The Annual General meeting will be held on either Friday the 6th of March 2024 or Saturday the 7^th of March, at the Waiuku Yacht club.

 

The Committee reserves the right to hold this meeting before sailing on the same day should sailing be significantly deferred by the race officer due to unsuitable sailing conditions.

 

If you are unable to attend, you may provide a written proxy to your selected representative.  This should be done in writing; I suggest an email will be the most convenient method.

 

Please note We must vote and pass on the new Constitution at the AGM. I have attached the current constitution (4 pages ) and the Draft (25 pages ) most of the additional pages are Mandatory under the new act.
