The Annual General meeting will be held on either Friday the 15th March 2024 or Saturday the 16^th of March, at the Bay of Island Yacht Club, Paihia.

 

The Committee reserves the right to hold this meeting before sailing on the same day should sailing be significantly deferred by the race officer due to unsuitable sailing conditions.

 

If you are unable to attend you may provide a written proxy to your selected representative.  This should be done in writing, I suggest an email will be the most convenient method.

3. The 2023 Financial/Cashbook Report
