My thoughts on Join-Us

Hi,
This is sharanya from chennai team. Hope everybody is at their best.
I thought let me air my views regarding our Join- Us Team. i couldn't find the same enthusiasm which we had when our team was in the nascent stage. There is some lethargy in the group for past few months. After Rajesh's accident none of us took any initiative to lead the team. there is some sort of lag. It's noble thought which we are into so we should take care that i doesn't stop half way. i too agree that everybody are busy in their own chores and later it is becoming difficult to give the accumulated sum of our contribution in the neck of the moment and invariably a single person is force to pump in the entire money for the event.
My point here is ,past is past. From this month onwards let us start afresh and see to that our contribution goes month on month no matter how we are placed. If anybody is not in a position to collect the money let any one of the us from the team come forward and do it so the events organised then and there without any hindrance. Hope to see some new positive tractions happening in the team.

Join Us is ACTIVE & It's in everyone's blood to serve for the social cause.
Its fact that everyone are busy but at the same time we will react strongly
when there is a need or cause .At the same time i know many people are not
voluntarily paying the amount to the respective team leader of that region
. If they do not want to get committed let them allow fresh active members
a way. We are organically Growing at the right pace with right minded
people with a vision . This group is eternal & the service will be eternal.
Any feedbacks are taken in the right sprit. I request each individuals to
come with a new idea - how effectively we can mobilise the fund.If required
we will collect only when there is a requirement or a cause.
I would like to share ceratin things which i thought of disclosing after a
week ,i met a 14 year girl who is impaired near my home town .When their
parents who are really not in the sound in wealth.They appproached me for
the help. After that i spoke to my friend who knows one of the ENT doctor
in Appollo. I thought of providing a hearing machine for her.On Sept 22
we have taken her to madurai hospital & she has been throughly checked up (
MRT Scanning ). Now she is meeting the doctor by next week & she will get
her hearing machine soon. By Gods Grace she will be able to hear the
deepawali crackers soon.......................Please pray for her
