Request	New Bandset / Drum set for children March Past. They have an assigned PE Trainer. Their existing bandset is very old and it's not in usable condition. This trainer is very active and has trained children in several sports. They have also accomplished various medals at state level. A summary of the accomplishments shall be sent from school

Needed by	2 - 3 weeks from now If there is an event planned by the school to distribute this by inviting the school band participants, we can participate in the event too (of course practicing COVID-19 protocols).

Patrons,

We have 4 requests from 4 different schools (incl the one mentioned in this case) associated with good neighbor india NGO in chikkajala area,  Bengaluru. Some of them are basic requests like benches for children and mats to sit. Micset for activities etc. 

We plan to visit these schools this Saturday to check the real requirements, make assessment and prepare appropriate documentation.

Hello Team,

We made a visit to the 4 schools previous weekend and on a relative comparison basis, I do not see the bandset request in this case as an urgent matter for us to attend to. There were schools were basic facilities like writing desks were missing and no mats for seating children too.

Hence, my recommendation is to drop this case.

Thanks to members who made it to the visit. We are now underway to prepare new cases for the more needy schools we visited.
