Making the following proposal to help my neighbor's cook's son.

Family Details	Mother - Savitha Father - Shivakumar - currently he is not living with them. Only mother and son stay together. Mother is the sole breadwinner.
Residential Address	24/1 SY. NO 2/18, Kodathi, Bengaluru - 560035 Rented home
Occupation Details	Works as a cook in 4 homes. Earns 19,000 per month Was earlier working for 6 houses and had to cut down due to health issues.
Monthly Expenses	House Rent - 5500 House Expenses - 10000 There is very less room left to pay up son's college fees.
Education Status	Completed PUC 1st year. Pursuing PUC 2nd year currently. Aspires to secure a seat for engineering and interested to get into IT/Computer Science.
Requirement	Fees for 2nd year PUC: 65000/- So far paid by parent: 28000/- Balance to be paid: 32000/- Last date to pay fees: 28th Feb, 2024. His XII exams start from Mar 1. The college is withholding hall-ticket  for the exam until the remaining balance fee is paid in full.
Plea Justification	Mother recently fell ill and required a prolonged rest. She was diagnosed with severe vitamin deficiency and is advised to lower her work load. She now accepts fewer houses for work and consequently affecting her income and ability to fend for her son's education expenses. During his Xth, the mother had greater difficulties in finding work and ended up not paying fees for months. Preetham was not allowed to attend school for prolonged months. During this time, preetham continued to study at home and pursued online tutions too. This indicates his willingness to study and move forward. His mother struggled towards the end and paid fees by borrowing money from her social circle and somehow preetham made it to Xth exam - ofcourse he couldn't do well and barely cleared with pass marks.
Academic Performance	X th std: 243/625 Passed, No backlogs
College Details	St. Jerome's College - PU and Degree
Payment Procedure	UPI payment mode is allowed. The Scan code shall be shared.

My proposal would be to sponsor for this student to the extent of 20,000/- within the exam date.

Kindly provide your opinion (max 7 days) after which the amount of 20000/- shall be disbursed from our pool fund.
