Family Details	Mother: Shruthi Father: Manjunath Gowda Brother: Deekshit (aged 14) and lodged in a hostel at Moodabidri studying 9th std. Rithvik is an ADHD child - his brain development is not normal and he does not necessarily fit into a regular school.

Occupation Details	Father works as associate facility manager at LT Apparel private Limited, 80 ft road, Indiranagar, Benglauru - 38 Approximate Salary: 40k per month Mother was working earlier as a house maid. Now moved to a new location in February for the sake of special school access to Rithvik. Yet to find work. Currently busy with taking care of special children under school admission finalization.
Monthly Expenses	House Rent: 12k For aged parents: 5k Elder son fees: 14k for hostel, food and school House, Commute and younger son medical Expenses: 15k
Education Status	Earlier studying in Saranga Development special school at Kasavanahalli, Sarjapura Road. Fees were on the higher side - 12k per month even after subsidy. Prior to that, he was studying at New Age public school. This was not a special school and the school agreed to have the boy attend the school only for the purpose of socializing with children and not for academic evaluation. There is no specific grade for special children. The education delivery is based purely on the specific condition of the child's disorder.
Requirement	Currently Rithvik is attending special school at the new location on a weekly payment basis - 1500/- per week.  School could not admit him on fulltime basis in the middle of the previous academic year. This works out to 6000/- per month which is half the cost of the previous school at sarjapura location where it was costing 12000/- per month. (this explains motivation for them shifting house location). Mother is accompanying him to school during the ramp-up phase.  Admission to happen for the upcoming academic year. School demanding 25k as admission fee - subsidy shall be decided later based on family economic condition which the school themselves shall evaluate. Currently est. cost is 70,000/- for the upcoming academic year. Additionally there is a cost of 25000/- as a one time admission fee.
Plea Justification	Finding it hard to make ends meet based on current income and basic expenses. The cost of education at special school is quite a challenge to meet esp. considering the rising cost every year. The family is requesting for any fair sponsorship that can help them offset this expense to an extent that they can sustain savings for the future of the children.
Academic Performance	Not Applicable - There is no quantitative assessment done for special children at these schools. A qualitative assessment is published as a report card normally - attaching the same from Saranga school (last attended)

Payment Procedure	The school accepts UPI payments. QR code shall be provided on request. Once our funding goal is reached, the amount shall be directly transferred to school and receipt and transaction proof shall be uploaded to this mail chain.

My proposal would be:

- provide sponsorship to this special child to the tune of 50,000 /- per annum (this is approx. 50 percent of the fee requirement). 

Our goal here should not be to measure the academic performance of the student but rather to assess personality development and how the child is coping to lead a normal life in spite of the mental disorder.

Funding mechanism:

- 50% from pool fund = 25k

- Remaining 50% member contributions = 25k
