The latest version of the JointSNVMix software package has been
released.
Highlights include :
- Simplified installation. There are no more dependencies on Numpy,
Scipy or Pytables.
- SnvMix2 and JointSnvMix2 base and mapping quality aware models are
now included.
- New simpler interface.
- Increased speed. A large part of the code base has been re-written
in Cython to increase performance.
