[Join our travels] GeoCaching Desert Style

[Mini Mama]

Today we mostly hung out around the pool and explored the resort. We found that on the other side of the golf course that surrounds the resort is a ridge you can walk on that gives you a great view of the desert and mountains. I say "mostly" because I decided to go off and do some geocaching out here in CA. This was one that I found. This pipe was hanging over a larger pipe that was empty and very deep! See the great mountains in the background?

Tonight we are going to Palm Springs for Village Fest...a weekly event where they close off the streets and have people selling their wares. We will also go to the Palm Springs Museum...free tonight (always excited to find a bargain!). I'll post a photo later.
