"Responsive" github repo renamed

Hi all
We've decided that the name for the rebuild repo ("Responsive") wasn't very imaginatively named, mostly because it didn't give away that it was a joind.in repo if you were looking at a fork

So, I've renamed the repo. It's now called "joindin-web2", and is available at https://github.com/joindin/joindin-web2

The commit history is still there and intact, but there's a couple of things you may need to know about:
- Unfortunately, you will need to change your local repo's upstream URL to point to the new repo name
- Any forks you may have will still (probably) be named "Responsive"
