Today's Important Points for Me

1. Many people (at least 3) mentioned that they would like to be able to embed our chat client in their own page. One person told me that this will help with user adoption, because users don't have to remember a new place to find this person, they can just find this person at his old page (his blog or company profile page).
   
   
2. One lady mentioned that she wants single sign on. She gave a valid point. Doctors need an IM system like us to discuss medical conditions, but they can't just use facebook to authenticate. We need to provide single sign on authenticated against their hospital credential. She even went as far as asking us how much it costs to do a contract job for her.
   
   
3. One person mentioned that Skype has CRM, and two people brought up concern that we can't replace Skype. We need to try to differentiate us from Skype.

That is all I remember for now....

1. From first day do you feel that the feedback validates the direction of Peer? Gives what you are doing validation?

2. What are the people's background from point number one? Which industry? Ex bloggers, law firms etc? If we jot it down and tabulate it, maybe it can give us early adopter vertical markets?

3. I think this is different from Skype, no? Just like yammer is not Skype?

4. Just in case if you haven't done this, ask people what other features do they want to see.

5. For hospitals and healthcare, the product needs to be hipaa compliant.

Overall, was it awesome?!:)

* we are like enterprise level gtalk, whatsapp and line ^^

* you can share the link to your blog and online profile ^^

* customers can talk to different sales and marketing person directly ^^

* share file and real-time edit of image with clients ^^

These are some feedback I got:

* I like people to reach out to me. so I want people who visited our site (office sharing site with NY and SF region sales) can reach out to me if they are in SF region. ^^

* digital marketing agency can buy for their employees to talk with their agent ^^

* about.me has contact me option. So he can see Peer as a tool to help people actually interact with each other. However, he is not sure how big is the market for this kind of product. --
