HI Johnson,
1) Yup, enterprise features would/could consist of the following:
a. encryption
b. user account management, setup, delete, user permission
controls, AD/SSO integration, user self sign-up's etc
c. customized branding/URL masking
d. audit trail tracking
e. chat history
f. integration with CRMs
g. premium features, ex paypal, scheduling etc (although some of
these may be more for individual professionals)
This is obviously not a complete list, more features will be
developed based on
2) Again, study LeapFILE, Yammer, other SaaS enterprise
product/professional service startups, sign up for their
trial/free versions, and see what makes them enterprise/paid
business product vs consumer product
3) If the UI/UX, sign-up process, and website are all revamped,
yes, you are ready to launch, because sales people can now sign-up
for it individually and start using it right away, and validate
whether if this is a tool that helps them to reach more
people/people reach them. Mobile app is key though, which I know
is a bandwidth/resource issue.
4) Since you are into accelerators, I strongly suggest you apply
to enterprise startup accelerator Alchemist Accelerator. Their
deadline is also 3/30th, so you might as well do it. I think this
accelerator suits you the best, and from what I know, they should
be interested in the concept of Peer. But I strongly recommend
that you be very enrterprise/business product focused, ie this is
a business product/enterprise (business instant messenger or
business version of about dot me with real-time chat) for sales
people to generate sales leads. Their first class have a couple
of startups that focus on CRMs and sales people/leads.

(read this article so you know what they are looking for. Its
also a great article to read!)

5) If you were to apply to Alchemist, I invite that you put my
name into the application, as either co-founder or advisor. MY
background in LeapFILE/Oxygen Cloud, along with the fact that I am
entrepreneur, should help. I would be interested to join the
company if you get into Alchemist. This, of course, is up to you,
your decision.
6) Per my earlier email, we should probably finalize and decide
on my involvement with your venture moving forward into the
future.
a. just friends, no shares or ownership
b. co-founder ish level or someone with equity in the company and
hands-on work on the venture on non-technical side
c. "advisor" or "consultant" with written goals/specific
milestones/commitment (like meeting up once a week/month), ex.
team building, product development, website, marketing plan,
sales, biz dev, fund raising etc, in return for smaller equity (I
prefer this, and this can lead into greater role)
Pls let me know your thoughts, thanks.
7) For whatever I have worked with you up to this point, kindly
also let me know if you would like to give me some
ownership/equity, or nothing. If yes, what would it be. Again, no
hard feelings, no worries.
To summarize on 6) and 7),
a. If you think I have done something of value for you in the
past, and you think I can be compensated for it in some ways, let
me know. If nothing, no worries, its ok.
b. If you think I can be of value in the future, as
advisor/consultant or to work alongside with you guys, let me
know. If the answer is no, its ok.
I just want to finalize this, so I can plan out my future career
options and move on, thanks. We can talk in person, so to perhaps
clarify this.
8) As for Joi dot IM. If I really want to do something with it,
I will see if I can find my own help and drive/productize it to
certain level and see if I can sell the product. If you are open
to it, let me know.
