Installation on Windows?

Tried 'gem install johnson' but it failed:
C:\Work\WatirServer\Mainpac\Version_3.1\Mainpac>gem install johnson
Building native extensions. This could take a while...
ERROR: Error installing johnson:
ERROR: Failed to build gem native extension.
C:/Work/ruby/bin/ruby.exe extconf.rb

(Errno::ENOENT)

Gem files will remain installed in C:/Work/ruby/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/
