Hi,

Do we have a logo for our club? I think we should design one soon. I remember one Chauhan chap promising to get one made but then he dissapeared. ..................................ditcher

 

I have been a little active off late on the X-bhp website trying to get some knowledge on the Ninja and attended a couple of meetings. The guys there have logo's on all their bikes. I kind of found that nice. I would like to sport a smart one of JCRC on my bike too.

 

Let me know if anyone has any ideas

First Things First.
As  founder members we all know that the basic rule for Joining JCRC is to have 350 cc plus mobike.
So are we gonna change the rules to accommodate Sukesh "Ninja" ????????? :D

I am sure if we are going to change the rules we need to take small party from this guy as bribe.
I am sure pappu bhaiyya doesnt service Ninja's. So Sukesh anyways wont be seen at the garage too often after he gets the bike.

Dear all,

The meeting that we had on Saturday May 09, 2009 was quite successful in terms of final decisions for the club. Although not all the people were able to come but most came.

The Attendees:

Sukesh Malliah

Vishesh Shourie

Rakesh Negi

Manish Chauhan

Gaurav Bhatia

Subhadeep Paul

Prashant Bariar

Paurush

We decided that these are the people who will be considered as the Founder Members. Along with us we have Honorary Members who are Mr Sanjay Tripathi, Mr Gurumukh and our dear Pappu Bhaiya (Mr Bharat Bhushan).

We expected more people like Vivek Jha, Rahul Chauhan, Ashwin & Atul, who were not able to come for the meeting but we will consider them in the founder members.

Key Decisions Taken:

We had the voting for the club name and decided that club name will be John's Cafe Riders. 

Membership Criteria:

1. Person should own a 350cc bike or above or should own a bike which is atleast 50 years old.
2. Have a valid license
3. Should be part of three consecutive meetings and atleast one ride.

Total Expenditure:

1. Website:            2000/-
2. Registration       15000/-
3. Id Batch            1000/-
4. Stationary          1000/-
5. Posters             
6. T Shirts             6000/-

Pappu Bhaiya has talked to Mr Gurumukh and this registration fees of Rs 15000/- might come down to Rs5000/-.

Once we have the exact information regarding the registration process we will decide on the share.

Issues:

There was an issue that why should the founder members pay so much money, while the new members who join later will be paying less.

The proposal is that 

1. Once the corpus reached certain sum, the founder members will get their all money back.
2. Non founder member will be paying a fees of Rs 100/- bucks for each ride towards the mechanic fees. Because there will always be a mechanic riding along with us.
3. This last proposal is for all founder and non founder members, which is, there will be teaching classes every month, where we all will learn basics of motorcycle repairing like adjusting taped, changing flat tyres, small adjustments etc etc.
4. Pappu Bhaiya is also thinking on the lines for giving discounts to the club members on service. We haven't decided on that. Once we do it I will put it on mail.
