ATHLETIC PHYSICALS Athletic physical appointments are made on a first
come-first serve basis and appointments are limited. It is
recommended that all required paperwork be turned in to the student’s
Health Office 1 month prior to the beginning of the athletic season to
ensure that all eligibility requirements can be satisfied for the
student to participate when the athletic season begins.
