So, given how close everything was yesterday I was thinking about my next character. I was having trouble thinking of what to do, so I rolled stats hoping that would point the way. So 4d6 drop the lowest, in order. 16, 17, 16, 12, 13, 16. I can't believe I wasted those sweet rolls!

It was obviously because I wasn't there that things were so close! And I agree, the dice know that's not the method we use for stats so they are making you wish it was! I vote reroll 5th ed.
Then you can play a rogue that can do amazing dmg and not be mostly a utility class.
