Hey Folks -
Our first "Mini Painting 101" was a huge success! So much so that we are offering it again, with the same structure on September 19th. For those of you who attended the first one and want to do it again, we will be painting a different model. For those of you who didn't attend the first class, you can find all the details below!

We get a lot of questions here about painting miniatures. After all, a well painted miniature is really something to behold. But if it's not something you've done before, where do you start? It can be an intimidating hobby for someone new to it if you don't have someone to hold your hand a little at the beginning.
With that in mind, we are organizing an Introduction to Miniature Painting here at the store. This class is intended for people who want to start painting miniatures, but just don't know where to start. It is intended for people with little to no painting experience. During this class you will learn about basic color theory, and a few basic painting techniques that almost anyone can learn to produce a good looking miniature. And you won't just talk about these techniques, you will paint a model from start to finish during the class.
The class will be on August 15th at 1pm, and will likely last to around 4pm. The class will cost $10. Each participant will receive a brush, a miniature, and a palette that they will keep. Paints for the class will also be provided. If anyone has any questions about the class, please let me know. Space in the class will be limited, so sign up now!
