Partner Yoga and Meditation creates the opportunity to be in an
interdependent partnership. Exploring perfect balance between two
bodies, two minds. This workshop brings a great deal of insight to
the power of moving together as well as adding lots of fun and
laughter! Some postures will challenge your balance, strength and
flexibility, while others will address trust and communication. When
you combine your efforts with another through touch, something magical
happens. You become more in touch with yourself and the other,
creating a feeling of joy, deeper understanding, relaxation and the
ability to embrace one another just as you are! We will also be
exploring movement together to develop and continue non-verbal
communication skills and technique. We will end our time together with
a beautiful Loving-Kindness meditation.
Cost: $50/$45 by 2/1 per couple.
