Fundraising Charity Concert for Japan  (poster below)

After two weeks of successful fundraising by drums/percussions groups at Pavilion for Japan, close to RM20,000 was raised by Malaysians.

As a continuing effort, there will be a CHARITY CONCERT this Sat 2nd April.  Catch this special concert at Pentas 1, KLPac in support of Japan and its tsunami victims.

Spotlight: Fundrasing Charity Concert for Japan           When tragedy struck Japan, thousands of people perished in a single day. Thousands more were left without shelter. The outlook took a turn for the worse as the largest nuclear power plant in the world began to malfunction with explosions of the nuclear reactor cores spreading radioactive material into the atmosphere. The weather hampered rescue efforts with blizzards. Images of the Japanese people's plight began to fill the media on an hourly basis daily. With the thought of supporting them, we decided to enlist the help of members of the Malaysian drumming community to raise funds for the victims of this disaster. All performance groups agreed to perform on gratis basis without hesitation. Please support us!
