1) Suggestion for the Wealth Dragon Team to set up a Technical Support
Team in Malaysia.
2) Vincent promised to give us (23 participants from the 2 Day Bootcamp 20
& 21 Nov 2010) special priority to our emails. Suggested title for mails discussed, "KL Support Group". Thus, please start you email Subject

So what happens when the deal is structured (by Flo) and the offer is made and accepted by the motivated seller?
What happens after that? Would it be possible for us to work with Flo to get the whole process through which becomes part of our learning and first-hand experience ?
And the earnings from the deal, will it be Flo's? Pls understand that I am seeking clarification here & no intention of sharing the proceeds if 'sharing proceeds' was not on your mind when you made the offer to us to let us pick 1 lead.
I am more keen on experiencing getting the deal done.

Hi Linda, if the offer is accepted, there's no problem for Flo to walk you through the deal. As regard to what to do with the deal... You may purchase the property yourself or we may try to sell it to our list. Again there's no guarantee it will get sold but we will try. The proceeds of which will be split 50:50.
I'm now boarding my flight back to the Uk so will not be able to reply any emails until I get back.

Hi all,
Yes, we’ll be adding these to the list, although it will take time for Tai Yong to finish adjusting the lease options agreement. It is something that took me months to do when I did it for Scotland but no doubt it will be done quicker with someone capable like Tai Yong.
However, the AST is only applicable for the UK. In Malaysia you should already have your own Tenancy Agreement.
