Thanks for your reply. I really appreciate that.
We have created a google group to discuss and interact with each other.
I would want to know about the seminar that John Lee will conduct himself in Malaysia on 18th and 19th January, Is it a preview (sales pitch) or is a workshop for existing students? Can i assumed that the one-on-one webinar that John promised to us is replaced by this coming workshop? Or he has forgot his promises? Can you clarify about this?

Can you email me the two days' content because it's on weekdays. Working people need to take leave if they want to go for the seminar. We don't want to waste our time to listen to any upselling course or sales pitch. As we are totally lost after the workshop in Nov 2010. What I want now is a clear idea on how to maximise with what I have from John in last workshop . Can you inform 
John Lee about our concern about this? Otherwise, Success Resources has asked me to talk with John personally about getting refund.

In fact the Nov 2010 workshop by Balaz and Gina was conducted badly, all things seem to be a rush. These two speakers even rushed to air-port on the second day and left us with many unanswered questions. The content of the workshop was not organised. The first day, we were taught about the basic of traffic generation ( google adwords, facebook). The second day, we were taught about property in the morning, afternoon was the live video from Vincent and John.

I understand that having a right mindset in doing this business is very important. By writing this email, can show that i really want to make it work. In fact, we were taught about property in just half of a day during the two days. Obviously, we can't get much about how to do deal in property out of this workshop. Supposedly, the workshop should focus on property, those google adwords, offline marketing we can learn by ourselves.
Frankly, we were totally lost after the two days workshop. 

I hope that John will deliver a proper workshop for us for the next coming workshop, not merely a talk on right mindset and sales pitch!
To be succeed, we require much more than a right mindset.

Last but not least, there are people in our group asking for refund and i can't deny that there is a minority of students feel satisfied with what they get from the workshop. These are the feedback that John and wealthdragon should take into serious consideration!

As your main point of contact here at Wealth Dragons, with any issues involving your package emailing Wealth Dragons directly means that these issues can be solved quicker for you. Also in regards to this please can you let me know which links are not working for you at the moment so I can look into fixing them for you. Writing to the Wealth Dragons with regards to problems with your package should be your first point of call, not your last.

 

The complaint that you raised about some of the tools which use excel which was sent across to you, the money which John explained the tool was worth was not for the physical words on the page, rather the value of the knowledge which put this spreadsheet together. John and Vincent are constantly investing in their knowledge through both their experience in working with property and also in their own education. The worth of this tool is learning what the masters use to make money and keep track of their deals and properties.

 

It is true that the software that is needed to sell your leads through our database is at extra expense to yourself, however please note that the many people who have already invested in this service know that this one off payment pays for itself very swiftly. However if you are not interested in investing further, you are still able to sell on the leads which you have generated to a list of investors which you have found for yourself from networking events and training programmes. This way you are able to generate profit from your leads without putting any more money forward, which is what we always suggest to our students who are not willing to make such payments at this time.

 

We are always interested in receiving as much feedback as possible, as this will help us all progress in the future. Therefore when you mention the group comments of our students we are interested to see what you are talking in reference to, is there a forum or something that I can see where people’s problems are? Im writing this as a last resort to get your attention

 

We were so amazed by how you speak 

and convinced us in the global Internet 

seminar to get your course

You see there are so many things you promised in the GIS for your wealth dragons course for example :

 the solicitors you promised ,

 the thousand dollar software and 

remember that we asked you personally

 that we were students and asked your affirmation

 that do we need to invest even more, " you said no" 

 

What has happened now? Sookleng asked abt the solicitors 

and your support said that your team do not provide solicitors?

 The main reason I enrolled in your course is that you are providing solicitors....

Never mind that, next you said the the seminar you were giving away a

 thousand dollar software , we received your so called software to be your excel sheet??????
To calculate the simple math , bmv and so on???? What ?
You said it cost thousands of dollars??

 

And each time we had to send an email to your Very slow support team

to kick them in their butt in order to get the resources you were supposed 

to provide in course...Even after 1 and a half months we still waiting 

to get the complete resources....

We clarified with support, and your support said, to sell our leads 

we need to still purchase your software that cost a few thousand 

dollars to use the list our leads in your website? How can we only 

students afford another thousand dollars after you clearly said you

 were giving the sofware with the course we enrolled for RM4997
To you it may be a small value, to us? We live on that , that money 

is used for our food and living... 

 

Please remember that you came from humble beginnings as well,

that we really strive to live , in fact we are still living by our study loans

We dnt expect to get our money back, but hope for some changes!

 


On top of that , your team and you say to learn more, we should get your

 apprenticeship?? Another ten thousand or more? 
We re students who value the the knowledge learnt after investing, 

and we worked very hard on it!!! How can you upsell us after your 

presenters did not do a good job of clarifying all our doubts and query? 

We all were completely lost even more after we attended your workshop,..

 

To clear your doubts, all your students were not really giving their honest 

feedback when you asked their progress in the workshop... because 

each time, you will tell them to "never give up" and so on and 

so forth, yes, all the mindset stuff that is important, but what about 

your valued substance and step by step progression , deliver-ability of your Course

Ever thought of that????

. What is your course for then??? 


With all due respect , I'm not saying this out of my opinion only, 

ask the 20 ppl aside from your top students who were present for your course... 
For heaven sake look at the group comments and of your students!!! 

Be a professional! And be responsible for the feedback of your students..

 We are not angry because of prejudice or anything else ,

 we are purely angry because your support , resources ,and feedback from you is way below par

I dnt have to Blair all your quality of conduct and poorness of your course to ppl,

 the way you deliver it will one day speak for itself... you may have good students

in the UK who had success... im sure because of your constant support and they are in the UK

Do the same for us here in malaysia if you want students here because we need a stronger 

support team!!!!

I have wen thru all the right channels necessary to get support from your team ., and only leave this as a last resort 

I'm pretty sure you are very angry to read my feedbak this way OR you may even ignore it!...

Dnt ever ignore a message like this, because what goes around comes around!

 

My advice: MAKE AMENDS!... Dnt go round scolding your dissatisfied customers

or even defending yourself!,

because customer feedback is from the heart!.

 

... We are way more angry and so disapointed !!! My girlfriend was so depressed , disapointed and confused .

.. She is now so exhausted .having to juggle between her studies and this as well

.. I was the one who convinced her to enroll in your course because I " thought " 

you were a great guy to learn property frm... 

i realized i made a huge mistake ..!

Right now , I have to only console my girlfren to move on .... 

I hope you read this feedback and at least deliver your course more professionally in future to others , 

Its not over-delivering that matters!, its about deliver-ability!



At least keep your promise and deliver your promise to give a one on one webinar
With your students., dnt just keep thinking abt making money and think that your time is golden. Whose time isn't ?

Good job. Keep the Energy High..& pray tat God will bless our request for Refund.
If this doesnt work, we can go to Msia Tribunal or Consumer association which was wat some ppl did to get refund fr Success Resources.
Most importantly, Get some solicitor friends to check our case..Esp Terms & Conditions of our contract. Else we will be dealing with their & SR solicitors..
If God permit I will be there to ask for Refund..not attending their course though. If not John Lee wil charge..some 2 day course.

Hi Lyn and Guys,

Thanks for your reply and let me understand about your opinion on this matter and not just remove yourself away from the group silently. I don't hope to offend anyone as what I do I really consider deeply and not only on my own benefit.

What i want to clarify here is that the fact that i'm adding Laura to the group is from her request upon my questions to her.
Laura is good intention to know about our problems and try to solve that for us. Instead of us complaining to each other and getting no way to solve those problems. And John lee has assigned her to handle our questions as John never reply any email from me. I have raised that concern and Laura said he is busy and she will be in charge of that. 

 And i myself will also never ever let any other third party to invade our group with bad intention.
 I really appreciate the setup of this google group and respect every members in the group.



We are in a situation of getting win-win. Laura wants to help us regarding whatever questions on the bootcamp we have signed up so that wealthdragon can improve further. And I believe that everyone also wants to get things as promised by John Lee.  I just want to make sure that i get the things that John has promised so that i can work on it. So that everyone in the group can work on it too.  And i also hope that everyone will get the content for the next workshop before attending. And some even have to take leave to attend , i'm just have the concern make sure it is a workshop and not any preview,  there is 100 people attending as i have been told by success resources (based on last nov bootcamp, we should have the content so we have better idea of what it is going on) 
Looking back at the incident John try upselling us apprentice right after the bootcamp ( although i did not get the offer), I just of the concern that the same insident will reoccur. We haven't make use of the course, he instantly want use to invest more. I do not mean that it's wrong. but we need to work on what we have first and have a idea before investing further.

I did mention in the email that there is a minority satisfied with it and the group comment is based on majority. In fact, Berenice has emailed the same group comment to John Lee last Dec . I just used back the email and editting my own opinion in between. 
There is a number of people want to go for refund, some won't go for refund but will attend workshop next week and a minority that is totally satisfied with the last NOv bootcamp. I myself have confused for €such a long time of whether  going for refund or just working on it. I don't want waste my study loan and i never expect to undergo so much pressure because of the bootcamp. I hope you understand that I just want to have a better deal.

For my situation, i undestand that it's very hard to get for refund. First, i have setup a website by JOnanthan, i have used their things for a certain level. second, I don't want to waste my effort and time. My time , effort and commitment is far more important than the 5k , although the rm5k is very big sum for a student. So for me to move on, i want a better deal from John, we just have half day talking on property, that's definitely not enough! and things he promised, include webinar. I just know that i have the right to ask for that. Anyway, i still have the rights to go for refund if I do not get the things as promised.

I'm glad to get your respond on this matter and will accept will open mind. It's good to speak out your mind
