Dear all,
If any of you are facing any kind of problems in attending the joggers club please do let me know. I will do whatever I can to resolve the issues.
Also many of you might have problems of various nature, some of them could be one or more of the following:
1. Not able to cope up with the session delivered to you.
2. The sessions are not able to deliver to your expectations.
3. You feeling some kind of pain in your muscles or bones and so not able to jog or run or perfoem any exercise.
4. The timings are not suitable for you.
5. You are not able to get up in the mornings.
6. This is the end of the semester and you dont want to get loaded with additional things like joggers club.
7. The sessions are very boring and you think something more interesting should be done for you to attend.
8. The sessions are very monotonous and you feel you need some change, may be venue or jogging route or even change in exercises.
Or any other problem you feel are facing.
So feel free to reply either personally to me or on this group. We will try to resolve all kinds of problems together.
Also I am not happy with the turn up everyday because I see only a 20% turn up among all who have filled up the timing preference form even if I have tried to arrange the timings according to their preference.
