Our first major event - A Run at BKC this Sunday

Dear All,

I want all Joggers Club members to participate in this event.

Here is our first big event this Sunday at Bandra Kurla Complex.

4th November - 7.30 to 10.30am on BKC road.
Techfest will be arranging a bus for us in the morning from IIT to BKC.

We need you to fill the google form in case you want to attend this run.(You'll also be getting a T-shirt and a Cap).

This is going to be a big star-studded run with known celebrities like Preity Zinta, Govinda, Rahul Bose, Neha Dhupia, Sophie Choudhary running with us and many bands performing after the event.

Big FM is organizing a Safety Run on this Sunday, 4th November, from 7:30am to 10:30am on BKC road. The basic motive of the initiative is to apprise people about the aspects of safety in every walk of life for the whole month. A unique drive where people will be told to not to take their safety for granted and start acting proactively from now on. 

For your comfort a bus will be provided by Techfest to take you from IIT Bombay to BKC road and bring you back. Apart from the run there will be concerts after the Safety Run in the Bandra Kurla Complex by stars viz. Preity Zinta, Govinda, Rahul Bose, Neha Dhupia, Sophie Choudhary and other band performances. We need you to fill the google form in case you want to attend this run.(You'll also be getting a T-shirt and a Cap).

I am sorry, there was some miscommunication between me and the organisers..

Its not a 3 km run but it is a 3 km walk.

So whoever still interested might join in..

The bus will leave at 6am from Hostel-5 tomorrow morning. You have to reach there by 7am..

So, I suppose that all of us should be a part of this event since it has got massive publicity avenues for Techfest. All of you inform your organizers about the event and tell them to be a part. The bus will leave tomorrow morning at 6 from H5.
